7-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Eligible for Return

• Defective or damaged products
• Wrong item delivered
• Sarees with manufacturing defects

Non-Returnable

• Cocopeat products (once opened)
• Items used or washed
• Items without original tags

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. COD orders receive bank transfer refunds.
